My brother came up later in the week, and he, Mike and Grayson did an overnight backpacking hike up Mount Tallac, camped at Lake Gilmore and hiked over to Eagle Lake were Nikki, Anicka and I met them. They happened choose the coldest night to go. It was the only day it rained, and up on the mountain it was hailing. Grayson is a trooper, that kid is only 10 years old and Mike said he was kickin butt up that mountain. They summited in 4 hours and were back down and set up camp at Gilmore Lake and in bed by 7:30. It was too cold to hang outside and talk! Nice work guys!
Nikki, Anicka and I stayed at home like good little housewifes, watched movies and made fresh blueberry pies!
