2nd Anniversary!

We celebrated our two year anniversary Monday! Mike brought me home these beautiful flowers (my fave smell good lilies) and the really cool one that looks like it belongs in the ocean! They are still very fragrant and blowing through the house!

We decided to go to a nice dinner! Kudos to the hubby who actually made reservations and I thought it was really cool that they put "Happy Anniversary Mike and Vanessa" at the top of our menus!! We saved them so maybe we can look back at them in 10 or 20 years and see how prices have changed!
We also realized that this is probably the last quiet anniversary that we will have for a very long time! This time next year we will be having an 8 month old to goo and ga over! So we enjoyed each others company and relaxed at our table looking over the ocean. We had our waitress take a picture of us. . . the fog bank rolled in and it was sorta cold out!
My belly is growing more, (as you can see in the pic) and Mike is still losing weight! Unfortunately he got food poisoning last weekend the day before the La Jolla Half Marathon and was unable to run it. He was pretty bummed about it, but has been looking for another one to sign up for so he can complete his goal. Cindy finished it though! She didn't have anyone to run with but still had all the motivation to complete the race! ;)
